Configuring Zoho One for GrowthHive’s Multi-Client Marketing Needs

Background

GrowthHive, an Australian marketing agency, works with multiple clients at the same time. While they were onboarding Zoho One, they needed the platform configured to handle segmented lead management, client-specific email and SMS journeys, and streamlined campaign execution. Their goal was to use Zoho not just as a CRM but as a central hub to manage every client’s pipeline and communications separately.


The Challenge

  • A standard Zoho One setup wasn’t enough to support multi-client segmentation.

  • GrowthHive needed to track leads for each client distinctly and manage individual nurture journeys.

  • They wanted both email and SMS sequences automated, with journeys unique to each client.

  • Integrations with landing pages, chatbots, and email authentication (SPF/DKIM) were also required.

  • Without clear configuration, the CRM risked being underutilized and disconnected from daily operations.

    • Imported data for 12 existing clients into Zoho CRM.

    • Configured SMS campaigns in Zoho Campaigns using approved providers.

    • Linked SMS sequences to Zoho CRM workflows for complete cross-channel automation.

  4. Lead Pipeline Setup

    • Created a custom lead pipeline in Zoho CRM with tailored stages and fields.

    • Ensured every client’s leads progressed through distinct pipelines for clear visibility.

  5. Chatbot Integration

    • Designed and deployed chatbots across 7 landing pages.

    • Connected bots directly to Zoho CRM to capture and segment leads automatically.

  6. Email Authentication & Compliance

    • Set up SPF and DKIM to improve deliverability and email trustworthiness.

    • Documented the entire process for GrowthHive’s internal reference.

  7. Comprehensive Optimization

    • Configured CRM settings, reports, and dashboards for maximum efficiency.

    • Ensured Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM were fully synchronized.
